We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, nicely stocked kitchen, tons of storage in the closets, and the property manager was very responsive. Beach and pool access were very convenient. The private beach right in front was so nice, and did not feel crowded at all, even with the public access on either side, we had our own little slice of sandy heaven. The pool area is very nice, and quite large. Two hot tubs that were clutch for our kiddos after cool ocean water throughout the day. We really enjoyed having garage parking with a place to keep our sandy kids toys after a long beach day, without dragging them to the condo. The entire complex is very well secured, with locking key pads, especially at night. The views from the balcony were incredible, and we enjoyed many meals and sunsets right from the balcony. Having a grill on the balcony was a huge plus, we used it almost everyday. I would agree with one other prior review, the TV in the main family room needs to be bigger, as it's quite small for the space. Other than that, it's a great place. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is nice. Unit is nice. Construction was very annoying. Apparently they are replacing windows in all units and the grinding noise is continuous throughout day. This should have been disclosed by rental company as I would not have stayed there. Rental company communication was good and as stated the property and unit is nice but construction is known and needs to be disclosed to future renters.
