It felt very luxurious. The pools were fabulous . Our room was spacious and airy with a lovely private balcony . The bed was super comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. Shout out to Sanchez and the other waiters and reception staff for their kind welcome . We ate there each night and the food was delicious. The sunset was perfect from the hotel too. You definitely need a car to get there and the road is not for the faint hearted! We would definitely recommend this place and better than one of the more cabin like camps for facilities and calm.

Amazing views, plentiful delicious breakfast and dinner, amazing value, perfect for relaxing as very peaceful with only the odd dog barking and the distant Mosque Call for Prayer. Room spacious and very clean, with enormous very comfortable beds, has it's own jacuzzi , robes, plenty of named towels a safe, big wardrobe, a fridge (which works only with the room card in the inside slot; a fantastic his-hers sink bathroom with walk-in shower with a view. Great Spa on site where to get very professional massages. Three pools were most welcome. Background Music at breakfast and in the day not too loud or overwhelming.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful too from the moment of booking. Recommended the best VIP reliable English speaking taxi service.
Was surprised that such a luxurious beautiful 4 star hotel did not have proper fabric napkins at breakfast and mealtimes only café style paper ones because they have fluffy beautiful bathroom towels with their name in gold print in the rooms.
No additional hook at the back of the bathroom door as nowhere else but the balcony seats to put used towels to dry.
Also better more luxurious toiletries could be offered in the bathroom.
There was only one robe in our wardrobe, it took 3 requests to finally get one from housekeeping brought in to us the following day.
The choice of in-room beverage was only coffee, would be a nice touch to have some teabag with UHT milk sachets for British guests
