The view and proximity to the ocean. The host left a few things for the beach which was nice as well.
Nothing really. There was no AC but we managed with the windows and breeze from the ocean.

The Location on Nazare beach was awesome. I have seen some comments about the Spa building in front of the complex. This is true but it doesn’t block your view from deck for the lovely sunsets. It was a very roomy and well stocked apartment with 3 bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Furniture was comfortable in the main area. Good communication about how to get in for our stay.
The Beds! They are only Double not even a Queen and the single bed in the one room was a so firm I could not have taken a 4th night. Also there is no A/C which I missed when looking for places. There is a breeze, so if the noise and smoke from the restaurant below was not there you could have left the windows or slider open. This could easily be solved with the installation of ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
