About this house rental
With a private swimming pool and spacious garden area, Villa Terena is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house is composed by 1 floor with 4 bed rooms (all with air conditioning), 2 wc and an open space with living room and kitcken. Also have a lovely mezzanine with a play area with pool table, tv, sofa, games... The free high speed internet (400MB download/100MB upload) will allow you to perfectly work from the house or just stream you favorite films or tv shows (Netflix and HBO are included).
Outside, a deck area with barbecue, swimming pool, wc and lawn with sun loungers where you can enjoy total privacy.
The property is built respecting the traditional local architecture on the outside and with a luxury modern concept on the inside.
With a beautiful deck area where you can listen to the birds singing while you have your breakfast or you can prepare your fish or meat in the fully equipped barbecue, while your children are playing in the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine microwave and so on..., with everything you need to prepare your meals.
The 4 bedrooms, all with a double bed and additional you have 2 sofa double bed, host a total of 12 persons.
On colder days, the fireplace warm the atmosphere and appeal to socialize.

The house is just like the photos, very good to stay with friends and family.There was a welcome basket (bread, honey and soap, all locally made) which is very thoughtful. We appreciated a lot.

Propriedade muito acolhedora. Casa renovada com muito bom gosto e no meio de uma pitoresca aldeia. O proprietário sempre muito atencioso e com respostas imediatas.
Eramos 3 casais com crianças e foi um sitio espectacular para passarmos 3 dias de descanso.

Éramos 9 pessoas e passámos 1 semana fantástica. Casa muito bem equipada e com todas as comodidades necessárias para se passar uma boa semana de férias em família.

A experiência não podia ter sido melhor. Excelentes acomodações muito bem equipado. Local ideal para descomprimir do dia a dia e manter os mais novos entretidos, uma vez que são várias as opções de entretenimento para essa faixa etária. De salientar a disponibilidade e acessibilidade do anfitrião.
