This condo is very convenient for visiting the universal parks. Epic is only 10 minutes from the front door to drop off and not far from the airport. We were able to Uber everywhere much cheaper than renting a car and paying for parking. The pool and the game room were very nice. Publix is right next door so an easy walk. There is also a Chipotle and a good Italian restaurant by the grocery store and a Chik Fil A across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood. The condo is in a nice neighborhood. The condo was very clean and the owner was responsive to all our needs.

Great condo and location!! Easy to book and check in was a breeze. I would stay again! I would recommend owner consider buying new shower curtain liners & refreshing pans and toaster oven in the kitchen

The place needs some upgrading and care. The sofa in the picture was not the sofa/chair that was actually in the condo. The sofa and chair are worn and stained. we opted to sit at the table. The mattresses are spring mattresses and are not very comfortable. The mattress in the master suite has a topper, but it really didn't help.The condo is close to the Orange County Convention Center and Epic Universe which were the two places we were going to. I would not rent this unit again because of the beds and seating area in the living area.
