What i don’t like? The crockroaches, the mold in the shower and toiletpapers, the rust in the toilet, the toilette’s door that you can’t close, the dirty linen and the hair in the linen when i arrived.
Also i booked for 2 people and found 3 beds and no place to have dinner so i must have to go out an pay more!

Many cockroaches in the toilet, one was the length of my finger. Totally unacceptable, I even took a picture and informed the owners and they even didn’t bother to reply or apologize for it

Confirmation was for arrival between 3 and 4pm. Arrived at 3:15, followed the no-contact instructions to get to our room. When we arrived, the beds were made, but there was a completely full garbage can and a soda can in the sink. There was no toilet paper. It was the middle of a significant heat wave (103F/39C) and we were desperate to cool off a bit after our arrival and lugging our bags up three flights of stairs. The AC unit was not on. We turned it on, and of course it took quite some time to cool anything at all. While we were essentially undressed and trying to cool off, the cleaning staff came and (very nicely) said, "Oh you are early!" and asked if we could leave again for a bit and they would finish cleaning the room. We were far too hot and tired to want to head back out in the heat at that time, so she said she would come and finish in the morning. We were fine with that. She did not come back and clean the next day - we were out of the room 10a-7p. Still full garbage, can in sink, no TP.
Full set of curtains over the window were strung on by three curtain rings.
We had requested a double bed for my husband and me, and were given a room with two single beds. His bed made loud squeaking noises with his every move.
The AC was not very powerful in the severe heat, and it turned itself off every hour on the hour - like, when the church bells rang the hour, the AC turned off. In the heat wave, this meant we woke up every hour overnight to turn it back on.
We were so uncomfortable there that we found another room nearby for the remainder of our six night stay that was the same price and was far nicer. We sent a message to the host that we had left and the room was empty, but received no reply. No refund available for any of our stay which was part of the agreement on booking, so we are not surprised by that, but it was so uncomfortable we were willing to lose the money.

Excellent value for money in an ideal location that is close to all the main tourist attractions.
An excellent location right in the heart of the tourist part of Valencia.
Managed to book this gem at very short notice and received instructions to access the property immediately.
A rather excellent restaurant opposite the front door.
The shower head didn't seem to fit properly on the fitting attached to the wall so you had to continually hold the shower in one hand.

The two mugs and two pint glasses were dirty, unwashed. . No toilet paper or tea towel. Dust everywhere even on TV remote. Shower head filthy. Floor dirty. Entrance hall not as per photo. No handrail on very narrow stairs.

We only stayed for weekend and it is located to everything.
Central to all facilities.
There was only 1 cup, 1 glass. No windows.
It was late at night when we arrived. It was difficult to find box that holds key.
Put no. 9 on the door, put notice on door to say where key box is located.
We enjoyed our stay and the shower was very nice.

Old town Location and basic accommodation
Location Location Location. It is great for old town everything. Beach is far away which was a downer but the EMT red bus can get you there. Very easy remote check in and check out. We were at the bottom floor. Up a very narrow staircase there might have been better rooms.
The room was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes even though it was considered non smoking. Mildew smell too probably because the air conditioning automatically shuts off every hour. Hot water ran out in less than 6 minutes. One roll of toilet paper for 5 days four nights. Owner was asked to bring some more and responded quickly to bring some but did not. We left napkins for the next person. Bathroom and bed were very small. If your under 5 foot 6 inches then it is manageable.

The room was 4 floors by stairs, and we were not notified. Poor safety. There was no lock on the door. The floor was not clean at all, there were crumbs all over. The sheets were very old. The shower door was broken so we couldnt get it closed and every time we took a shower we got the floor wet. The staff didnt answer my messages.

I didn't know what to expect after seeing opinions about cleanless and so on. My room was fairly clean and had some tears and wears, especially the bathroom, but everything was working well, only one thing missing was cutlery - no forks at all. Generally, it's better than expected.

The room was full of mosquitos and basic kitchen items were missing- no mugs for coffee/cup of tea, no tea towel. Also the shower door was difficult to secure and water leaked onto the floor. a bathroom mat/towel is needed!!

Location was very secure and good. Place was clean. No range in kitchen except microwave and a fridge.
The number provided for the property was not answered after multiple calls. Finally had to call booking.com after waiting an hr outside the property. My phone din’t have Int roaming and as the instructions to access the property were mailed 6 hrs before arrival, I couldn’t access the info before arrival.
My suggestion would be to provide the access details a couple of days in advance as most of the travelers come from abroad and want to have peace of mind and be prepared ahead of time and not get stranded in such an event.

Great location, central to everything and parking available nearby at a rate of £15 or £20 depending on how far away of a walk you are willing to have (5 or 7 mins)
—The fridge didn’t work (when we turned up it was even left open so wasn’t a great start)
—The floor was quite dirty - we had to wear shoes inside to not collect dust.
—Had a coffee machine which accepted pods but no pods were provided.
—The bathroom was okay but the shower itself is very small and the showerhead needs to be replaced as it sprays water in every direction.
—Where the hairdryer was kept was also super dusty as if it had never been cleaned.
—We requested a double bed but was told this would be “subject to availability” so when we turned up we were disappointed that it was two single beds.
—we stayed at the property on the first floor balcony which is just above two busy restaurants. As we stayed on a Saturday night, it was quite rowdy until early in the morning so would recommend bringing earplugs.
—There seemed to be two additional single beds up a loft area which we didn’t use but from what we could see, the ladder was super high (still was sturdy) so wasn’t suitable for kids and the beds were strangely made but appeared unmade.
—Aircon was great but the property has a setting that no matter what time you start it, it will turn off at the even hours e.g. 6pm, 8pm, 10pm throughout the day. We stayed at the end of the summer so still needed it on (no windows for ventilation other than the balcony onto the restaurants), so we woke up every 2 hours to turn it back on (which was easy to do given it made a little chime each time it turned off).

Location.
Ground floor room had some issues. Very humid room. Ac helped a bit but for some reason it kept switching off after some time. Small cockroaches came out of the shower drain. Noise came from the back door until late night.

it was a very quiet place, slept really well, it is basic but more than sufficient for one or several nights, still close to the centre of Valencia, and without a reasonable walking distance to Valencia-Nord treinstation
