The new manager was absolutely fantastic and helpful. When I explained i needed a unit as close as possible to the toilets for my 80 year old mum as we're traveling to a tangi in the area, they offered to upgrade my booking to an ensiite unit at an additional cost. I advised that wasn't an option as accommodation was unexpected expense due to the nature of our visit. The manager's response was to upgrade with no additional charge needed.
In meeting the Manager, he was very bubbly and I immediately felt comfortable. He was very respectful, gave thorough and clear information prior to giving me the key. The unit was very clean and fresh and I was happy with the layout.
The accommodation came recommended by the organizer of a group that book their visitors into.

Central location, easy to check in, friendly staff and good venue for our children to run free and enjoy their space
The shared kitchen and guests food in the fridge were off, we didn’t want to put our Kai in with there’s.

Playground was great for our grandchildren. Couch in unit was good
Stupid tap over bathroom sink was too big for the size of the basin. We don’t like plastic shower curtains.
