The hosts are lovely and this felt like a warm, cosy place to stay. This is not a hotel/motel. You are staying in their home but the room and bathroom are situated in a way that allows privacy and you enter from a front door that also feels private. The bed was comfortable, pillows great, room wasn't small. Shower was excellent. I left early and Kinnie raced out to offer breakfast, and then coffee or water for my drive. I was in town on my own and I felt safe staying here.
Given that I'm struggling to come up with constructive feedback, best that I leave this without criticism!

Gorgeous property. Great location. Very friendly and social hosts.
I felt a little too pressured to be social and follow a certain etiquette. The price of breakfast wasn't pre-disclosed , and it was free on one of the first pages of the house rule book. I feel like there were a few contradictions as well. Aside from the not-free free breakfast, house rules saying don't eat or drink in the room, but a fridge, kettle, candy, and coffee/tea were provided in the room.
