About this house rental
This cottage is modern, spacious and sunny with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. It is down its own driveway in a secluded back corner. It has off-street parking for two cars. It is opposite a lane that connects to the centre of Greytown in a few minutes, as well as being a block way from the Fresh Choice supermarket. It has a queen bedroom next to a bathroom with shower and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and extra toilet. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is very well-equipped for those wishing to self-cater. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil are supplied. It has two decks with pretty garden views. An electric grill and frypan can be used on one of the decks. It has lock up available for bikes. It can be possible to come by train from Wellington with or without bikes. This is designated a non smoking holiday house.

Right from our first email with Wendy, we had top service and communications with her. Her wonderful Tiwakawaka Haven is a well designed, comfortable and relaxing dwelling. We enjoyed watching the Tiwakawaka and Kereru from the decks, while enjoying our cups of tea. The place was well stocked with essentials; was very clean and tastefully decorated. Literally minutes walk to the cafes, bars and shops, but nestled among beautiful trees away from the madding crowd. Such a peaceful place which recharged our batteries. We will definitely be back!

More than we expected. Much better equipped than any other place that we have visited. Next block back from SH2, so little traffic noise. Friendly host. Very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic modern cottage that catered for everything we could possibly need or want. Great location close to the centre of Greytown but with a private garden look out. Wendy was extremely welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. This place is a real gem.
