City where apartment is very beautiful - mountains, lake. Apartment is very good equipped - everything what is needed is there like coffee machine, clever stove and oven, big dishwashing machine (keep in mind that there is no washing machine available). Also there is a room for storing ski or another stuff and place in underground garage. There are 3 rooms and big kitchen, 2 very nice balconies with great view, however keep in mind that in some of the rooms roof is very low. Owner is very kind person and it was a pleasure to speak with she. Internet connection is fast and good.

Communication is organised via touristic office in Surses and it is the cause of all problems and bad overall inspiration 1.Payments We were charged with full amount - with city taxes.But I got a message from tourist office via booking that we should pay extra 294 CHF for tourist taxes - in tourist office on place.I replied with screenshots from booking that we already paid everything. But answer was - not, you didn't pay touristic taxes. I considered that it might be something different. On a place in touristic office it become clear that city taxes from booking and touristic taxes are the same. Workers there fully ignored all my arguments and confirmation from booking that all was charged already.They just shown us some internal paper in german where written that we didn't pay yet and we should pay extra 294 CHF To solve that we must write to customer support in booking and only they were able to explain them that taxes were really paid already. We spent our time and nervous to solve that. 2.Check-out In booking is clearly written that check-out from 10:00 to 10:30 At 10:00 cleaning service called in our door. Calling touristic office. History repeated - they blindly repeated that check-in at 10:00 and is impossible that it is written that at 10:30 So, we must quickly finish our packing, as a result we forgot our hdmi cable =( 3.Check-in They provided us phone number and asked to call in a few days before arrival. We wasn't able to do that, but we sent an sms In the day of check-in we found a way how to call. In result - by phone that they provided nobody answered (later we know that it was home phone number of the owner that is living in another city), tourist office didn't work as well, on messages in booking nobody replied Lucky we that owner is very kind person and was waiting 4.Invoice They said that can't give us invoice as we made it via booking, but is not true: https://help.business.booking.
