CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

This is a beautiful property in a great location! The pool was a huge success for our kiddos, especially given the ocean's current bacterial state. The laundry closet was stocked with beach chairs, floaties, boogie boards, goggles, and more for beach and pool fun! Would highly recommend for any family! Flora-Bama was just next door and that was a great way to listen to all kinds of music and the Bushwhackers were amazing!

We enjoyed out stay at this unit. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really had zero complaints other than there needs to be more some items purchased for the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.
