Our place was nice, but someone came and installed a towel bar without notifying us. They left a mess, left toilet seat up, went in bedrooms and opened blinds. Our group felt uneasy so called Brett Robinson. Their response was disappointing as they just gave an excuse that the towel bar had been on order. We didn’t need it as there was a hanger there. The point was were not told and we were not there so all of our jewelry and belongings were in the room. They changed our code to appease us, but our group felt very uneasy and we cleaned up the mess because we didn’t want anyone in our space without us there.

Property was great. The only downside was transporting items from the car (parking garage) to the condo. Completely on opposite end which was a struggle with groceries and belonging.

Great vacation - this was our first time at PHX X. The unit was very nicely updated and spacious! We were alarmed when we saw that the property is next to FloraBama, but it was great. We couldn't hear it at night and could also get drinks and food on the beach. Some frustrations included getting the wrong door code when we checked in and losing power the first morning, but in each case, the staff was responsive and got everything resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

Staff was fantastic! However, our unit had mold, stains on the wall (near the chaise area of couch), hair on the throw blankets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher (up top small tray area), no local tv viewing on main tv, and couldn't get primary bedroom TV to work at all. For what we paid, cleanliness and usability shouldn't have been issues.
