Our accommodation located on the modern urbanization of Monte y Mar (Mountain and Sea) in Gran Alacant. on the top of mountain.
Area of Costa Blanca offers a micro climate as regarded by the World Health Organization as the healthiest place in the world with 320 days of unspoiled sunshine per year.
Gran Alacant has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also those looking for something a bit more active.
With easy access to Alicante city and the excellent motorway there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas.
Accommodation includes a Lounge/Dinning-room, Full fitted kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with toilet/shower on the ground floor
On a top floor there are : Master Bedroom with a nice small balcony and the second bedroom with two separate beds, all the beds have a very comfortable high quality mattress and fully fitted bathroom with toilet/bath. Upstairs you will find a large sunshine terrace with BBQ, chairs and sunbeds.
Air conditioning units fitted for cool/warm comfort in a whole house. Beautiful swimming pool is just 50 meters from the house, 5 min walking distance to shops, bar, restaurants and other facilities.
Gran Alacant is a completely self-sufficient area with all services and medical facilities, 10 min away by the car from Alicante airport, and only 800 m to magnificent wide sandy Carabassi beach making this townhouse ideally situated for those that want's to get the best out of a holiday.
The area is offers easy access to all types of leisure amenities, and has a superb range of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the accommodation.
Monte Y Mar, Gran Alacant is situated on the coast between the small Spanish resort of Los Arenales and the larger Santa Pola.
Both places have superb beaches, Los Arenales beach runs into our own Carabasi beach - miles of golden sand. A huge water park, Aqualandia, Mundo Mar with dolphins show, Theme Park and Terra worth to see.
Santa Pola has its own Fishing Port where you can catch a glass bottomed boat to the island of Tabarca.
The town has a weekly market, many fine restaurants and an old fashioned Funfair (Pola Park).
Alicante itself is a 10 -15 minute drive along the coast, has wonderful shops, try El Corte Ingles, Promenade and Marina with excellent Bars and Restaurants.
Benidorm, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are all within approx 40 minutes drive.

La maison correspond aux photos, bien entretenue, elle dispose de tt le nécessaire en cuisine, les chambres sont climatisées ainsi que le salon, le voisinage est calme, et le cadre magnifique, vue sur la mer de la terrasse au 2e etage et ns avons droit à un jolie coucher de soleil côté montagne, la piscine est propre et à 2min à pied de la maison.
La plage d'el carabassi, magnifique endroit, est situé à 5min en voiture.
Il y a un supermercado, des restos et des pub non loin 5 min à pied et Alicante est à 20 min en voiture.
Nous avons passé d'excellente vacance, inoubliable, la région est magnifique.
Je recommande vraiment cette location.

La propiedad esta muy bien conservada dispone de todo lo necesario en la cocina, menos microondas, bonita terraza y azotea, nos gusto mucho, propietario responde rapido a los sms, gracias

Appartement avec tout le confort possible. Ideal pour une pause en famille. Très bien situé..à 5 min des commerces , à 5 min de la plage en voiture et à 2 pas de la piscine ouverte jusqu à
23h...un.bain en pleine nuit...un bonheur...Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

El dueño si contesta rápido y bien a los mensajes , para encontrar la casa un poco de lío con dirección y eso y nos mando como entrar a la aplicación pero entre que el internet no va muy bien en la zona nos costó pero el ayudo y mando ha alguien así que bien por esa parte el wifi de la casa mejor ahora si hay microondas y equipada está osea que por lo demás bien
