NEWLY UPDATED!
My Husband and I purchased this unit in January 2012.Since then we have done some upgrading. We reside in Quincy Illinois, but love Daytona and what it has to offer! Ocean Walk has everything you need within walking distance. We are Nascar fans so thats an added bonus as the track is a short distance.

The Ocean Walk resort is located in Daytona on a no-drive beach.

The resort has 4 pools, lazy river, 3 large outdoor hot tubs. The gym is free to use. Food court and 2 bars are there. There are computer labs with DSL and pool tables.
Children activities are available on a daily basis. 2 putt putt courses and an arcade. ATM and gift shop located in the resort.

Our family of 6 had a great time at this property. Very spacious, and the views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony can’t be beat. Host was very communicative. The unit needs some updating and fresh paint but that didn’t affect our stay.

Suppose to be linen, there were three towels and 3 beach towels for four. We had to wash twice a day. Called host and she stated more under cabinet in bath, but none were there. Only one of the washing machine worked. Also in the master bath, that had large tub the sink was stopped up to the point that you could not even brush your teeth. We finally had to plunge, awful black trash and with awful smell, I would think that the cleaning crew would have noticed. After we removed trash and cleaned bath worked good. I would prefer not to have to do this on vacation. In general the place needs a little work, Little things like some of the remotes were damaged held together with tape. We only stayed for two nights, don't think that I would stay again, especially for week or two. We contacted the host about towels, she stated that the towels were there under cabinet, we took picture and showed her none were there. She did offer if we did not want to stay there she would refund, but difficult for us to do since we traveled for 6 hours to get there and would have to find another location.
