My place is close to Beachside Sun and Daytona Fun in One. When you stay at Wyndham Ocean Walk, located on a beautiful stretch of pedestrian-only beach and a part of the 80,000-square-foot Ocean Walk Village complex, it's like two vacations in one: a beachside retreat that's within walking distance of the most popular entertainment choices and activities Daytona has to offer!!

Located in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida, the spacious resort rentals offer an ideal beachfront location close to all the action, full modern amenities and plenty of activities for both children and adults. The Ocean Walk Resort is located directly on the beach with direct access.

- Additional Parking: For a fee there is a parking garage across the street with covered walkway to resort
- Most of the town is walkable as it is situated in the center of town, taxis are available everywhere if needed
This is a Wyndham Resort Property and as such, the following details and requirements apply:
*Check in requirements*
1) Minimum age of 21 or older in order to check in.
2) The resort requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file for incidentals.
3) Once booked, in order for you to check in we must assign your name and address as it shows on your photo id. We will reach out right away once a booking is made to collect this information
- All guests must check-in at the resort's Front Desk upon arrival
- Guests must be 21 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name in order to check-in
- The name provided to Vacation Strategy after booking the reservation, is the name that will be placed on the Guest Confirmation. Only ONE name can be placed on the reservations. That will be the ONLY guest who will be allowed to check-in on the day of arrival. Any name change requests must be made prior to the day of arrival and will incur $120 fees. Be sure to provide us with the guest's name (the one person who will be checking in) exactly as it appears on the government-issued photo ID
- The Front Desk will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in
- Please have a valid credit card with you. A security deposit hold of $250 will be placed on that card (for incidentals and/or room charges)
- Views are never guaranteed
- Daily housekeeping is not provided but may be requested by contacting the Front Desk directly for an additional charge which varies by villa size (directly payable to the resort)
- Parties and events are NOT allowed
- No Pets allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the room or other areas of the resort, except ONLY at the designated smoking spots located around the resort
- Free Wi-fi is available and the code is provided by the Front Desk during the check-in process
- We can only accommodate a minimum of 3-night stay at this time
- You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund
- No refunds/credits are provided to guests from the resort nor Vacation Strategy LLC in the situation of removal from the property. The reservation will be considered null and void. Non-compliance to the resort's policies and/or violation of local laws will cause guests to lose their privilege to stay and no refunds can be offered for any lost time

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has just what you need, and we did get an ocean view (if you go out the balcony and look left). It was surprisingly quiet and we slept well! We had a few items during our stay that weren’t ideal — namely the checkin process (the hotel is grossly understaffed and it’s not exactly clear where you go to checkin despite directions… we had to go to 3 different desks for different things which is extremely inefficient) and the extremely slow elevators. These things wouldn’t prevent me from staying there in the future, it’s just good to have a heads up. The location is perfect for walking to various things and communication with property management was great.

This was a perfect place to stay as there was my spouse and my daughter and her family . We each had our privacy but togetherness too . Loved the 2 units with the ocean view . Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Check in process was a mess. It took over two hours. After that initial aggravation the rest of the stay was fine. One of the pools
Was closed for a majority of the time which was annoying. But the beach is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed being able to switch back and forth between the ocean and the pool.
