Beautiful 2 bed + 2bath + den newly remodeled pool and home with views of mountains, lake and golf course. Private pool and Jacuzzi. Located on the 17th tee of the Palm Desert Country Club. Close to shopping, restaurants, casinos and hiking. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens within walking distance. Includes washer/dryer with attached two car garage. Short drive to Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Coachella, Indio, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Hwy 111 and 10fwy. Den includes pull out sleeper sofa and office desk. Guest bedroom includes a queen bed, master bedroom includes a California king, with TV. There are plenty of bird watching opportunities in the backyard, we have supplied binoculars for this occasion. Take in the fresh air, sip on your cocktail and enjoy the beauty.

My family and I had a wonderful month long stay this February! The location is perfect! The home is halfway between Palm Springs and Indio, between Indian Wells and La Quinta. Older, quiet neighbourhood - very little road traffic, as the home is near the end of a cul-de-sac. Easy access to the I-10 and Highway 111, 25 minutes to PSP, 15 minutes to the Living Desert Zoo, 10 minutes to Costco, 5 minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. The pool and view were a major highlight! The backyard faces west, so you see the incredible sunsets over the mountains. The home also backs onto a golf course, so the view from the backyard is unobstructed - watching the golfers provided some fun entertainment too! The pool and hot tub were fabulous - we spent plenty of time in and around the pool and patio area. The water temperature and lighting were easily controlled through an app, very simple to operate.Much of the home has been updated, including the bathrooms. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels and linens, beach towels too. The washer and dryer were great to have for a multi week stay. Well appointed kitchen with all necessary cooking pots, pans and utensils. The home comfortably accommodated four adults.Victor, the host, was great to correspond with! Very prompt replies and all necessary information provided in a timely manner before and during our stay. We highly recommend this home! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back in

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home.The house was very comfortable, Had a great pool and spa and great views of the mountains and golf course. The Home had everything one could need and Victor and Irene were very responsive hosts and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything.My wife and I can’t wait to return to this house and have another great stay in Palm Desert during the winter.

did not use - oven or bbq as they were dirty and bbq cover dirty and disintegrating
-pool as it was only 75 degrees tv and pool instructions missing
