Adjoining the owners’ home, yet with its own private entrance, it enjoys shared use of their garden which lies above water meadows with the River Blyth beyond. Traditional market towns (Halesworth, with its charming blend of old and new buildings, is just 2 miles), Heritage coast, sailing and RSPB Minsmere are a short drive. Farm shop and pub 0.5 miles.

Very clean. Bright. Good size living room and bedroom. Wonderful garden. Good location to visit everything in the area. Owners very friendly.

Overall a thouroughly enjoyable last minute break to Suffolk. Despite having very changeable weather, we managed to visit Beccles, Southwold, Thorpeness and Leiston.
Would recommend both The White Hart and The Angel Hotel, in Halesworth, for a tasty and reasonably priced meal.
