The house, fully equipped, has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with open plan kitchen and terrace from where you can enjoy incredible sea views and marvellous sunsets with the Teide mountain in the background.
The fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc.. It also has Smart Tv, iron, unlimited Wifi connection.
Located right on the promenade of Las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches in the world, surrounded by all the necessary services for an unforgettable holiday.
The accommodation is perfectly located on the avenue, with a wide range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything you need for a happy stay.
"Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay.
Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, as it is a beach with good weather almost all year round. It is the place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.
It is also a great marine life reserve. Its seabed is home to a thousand types of fish. On land, it is a refuge for walkers, fishermen and surfers. It has a special peculiarity; this peculiarity is what the locals call "La Barra", a long rocky formation that spreads out not far from the sand and protects a large part of the beach from the tides, transforming it into a natural saltwater pool when the tide is out. A curious line of stones makes the bay the best place on this side of the globe for swimming, as the salty sea facilitates buoyancy and, with swimming goggles, gives the impression of being inside a large aquarium...

At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.

A comfortable apartment with a great view.
There were a few minor maintenance issues on arrival but these were dealt with very quickly and in a friendly manner.
The location on the promenade was excellent although the road at the rear of the property was a little noisy, but then we were staying in a city.
We could have done with a few basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid but there is a supermarket very close by. A little more instruction with the tv controls and the sun-blind remote would have been appreciated.
Nearby tapas restaurants and bars were great as was the beach.
We would definitely return.

This is a great property, very well cleaned and maintained. As a 5th floor apartment, there was an elevator, but there were still a flight of stairs to navigate. Also, very little in the way of consumables, e.g. extra trash bags. A doc on local info would have been helpful, like what to do with recyclables? Overall would definitely rent here again its close to everything and a wonderful view.
