The "Chalet Les Goyaviers 3 Vallées" is a large chalet on 4 levels that can accommodate up to 32 people. It is located in Lavassay, a small peaceful hamlet just below Les Menuires, at the edge of the Bettex trail: no need for a car to go skiing. You can view it on Google Map. The large dining room on the top floor will allow you to take your meals with an exceptional view of the Val Thorens ski area, Les Ménuires. The very modern kitchen is well equipped, with 2 dishwashers, 2 high-end ovens including a steamer, a large induction hob, a coffee machine, a multifunctional robot and modular tables according to your desires. The central island with bar allows to cook in conviviality. Food lovers will be able to give free rein to their talent. The wine cellar will keep your best bottles at a good temperature. On the mezzanine of children's games, a desk and a sofa bed. The living room will welcome you around a large double fireplace. The entrance is on the 3rd level, with 5 parking spaces. A pool table is waiting for you next to the lounge. A jukebox will liven up your parties. You will also find a piano and a guitar. On the second level, 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 dormitory and a home theater room. In each room, a large bed with memory foam mattress, bathroom / shower, separate toilet. The dormitory will accommodate 6 to 7 people with a shower room and a separate toilet. You can watch your favorite movies comfortably installed in the 2 large corner sofas of the room Home Cinema which incidentally can turn into a room for 2 to 4 people. On the first level you will find 2 bedrooms for 2 people with shower or bath and toilet. One of the rooms is accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will also find 1 dormitory for 6/7 people with shower and toilet. 2 mobile beds can be made available to you if necessary. In bad weather or after skiing, you will enjoy the baby foot, with gym. You can relax in the wellness area with sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. A cloakroom with dry shoes and gloves, allows to prepare warm, to dry his clothes back, to access the ski room and tracks that are about 100 m. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal in the laundry room. Depending on your level, you can put shoes in front of the chalet. An elevator can serve the 4 levels. On each level, you can enjoy the view and the sun on a large terrace facing south. A deposit of 6000 euros will be requested by check the week before your arrival. It will not be cashed and returned within 15 days by mail in the absence of degradation.
