Garden with garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Wonderful surfing beaches nearby. In the heart of unspoilt countryside near the wonderful surfing beaches of Polzeath, Treyarnon and Constantine plus glorious cliff top walks and coastal rambles within easy reach. This delightful, 19th-century, converted holiday cottage set in a courtyard is within sight of the Camel Estuary and the magnificent coastline at Padstow and Rock, near to St Enodoc and its spectacular cliff top golf course. Excellent sailing, angling and windsurfing are available in the estuary and at sea. There are also golf and horse riding facilities nearby. Cycling and walking on the Camel Trail. A meals service from the ’on site’ country pub is available. Shop 1 mile, pub with good food 25 yards.
