About this house rental
Relax with lots space for celebrating with friends and family while being on the beach! Linens are not included but there are linen services on the island if you choose not to bring your own. 7 night minimum from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Beautiful, light airy cottage steps away from the ocean. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS at a pass through in the dune.
Large rocking chair front porch and upper deck overlook the ocean.
All amenities including TV's in all bedrooms and great room. Nice large loft with two single beds. Dining table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools. Bedrooms- 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin sets. All new bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances ( Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blenders, etc.) Charleston swinging bed on back porch. Linen service available on request. Gas grill. Dogs allowed (with pet fee). Four night minimum except for the months of December, January and February which require 30 day minimum for a rate of $4000 for 30 days and one week minimum during June, July, and August and over any holidays.

Our family and friends had a great time at this property. The house was beautiful & the kitchen was fully furnished for all our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porches & swinging on the porch bed. Hope to be back in the future😊
