About this apartment rental
We offer a free premium umbrella and two lounge chairs beach set-up (March - October) for your week vacation as long as you rent for at least a full week! That's right: Rent my beautiful 8th-floor condo in updated One Seagrove Place, beachfront in the heart of 30A, and sit on commercial-grade chairs and umbrella. Friends on the Beach is what we call our condo, which will be your vacation center for the summer of your life.
2025 will see new, updated bathrooms! The master bathroom will have a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom will have a bath shower combo. Grab bars and a seat will complement the master shower, which has a wonderful handheld sprayer. and ceiling showerhead!
This condo has immediate public beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico just down the new high-speed elevators and out the beautiful covered walkway. You don't have to compromise on your vacation experience. We include the umbrella and chair set-ups right in front of our condo all summer. Our 8th-floor condo has beautiful views of the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and a great pool with bathroom access. Again, our prices are reasonable for this one-of-a-kind tower view from One Seagrove Place. When you stay in our vacation rental, you'll have unmatched flexibility regarding sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom features flexible bedding options, including bunk beds and a full queen bed. Plus, the beachfront main bedroom boasts a king bed with stunning views of the Gulf from your bed. We've added a sofa bed in the living room if you need more bedding space. Whatever your family or group's needs, we've got you covered!
We recommend that you rent bikht on the property and enjoy the 13-mile bike trail all along 30A. Travel just two miles to the west, and you will reach the beautiful Seaside. If you go further, you'll find yourself at Watercolor and the stunning Western Laat you often see in pictures of 30A. On the other hand, if you head to the east, you'll come across Eastern Lake, then WaterSound, and finally, the beautiful Rosemary Beach. Getting to all these places from our condo is easy.
Speaking of the complex, One Seagrove Place was completely renovated in 2024 with a new welcome center, parking area, and high-speed elevators. Just across the street from the complex, there is a pizza shop and a Mexican restaurant. Additionally, there is a seafood steamer and an ice cream shop located just 50 feet from the front door. You can enjoy a great biking experience in Seagrove as well, with a 16-mile bike path right out front. There is no need to worry about renting bikes, as there is a bike shop located in the same complex.
We have a beautiful condo with granite countertops, a big 55-inch living room TV, and special amenities that others just don't offer. These include extras such as a Pack and Play, a highchair, puzzles, and games for rainy days, as well as TVs in each bedroom.
You can get fresh seafood right through the parking lot or Ice cream and donuts for dessert. You don't even have to get in the car to rent a bike; they are all there in the parking lot, ready to go. Bring your laptop and use our wireless, free high-speed internet service. We want you to have everything when you rent "Friends on the Beach." We hope you will be back year after year.

unfortunately there’s one thing that doesn’t show up in pictures and that is whether the unit is well cleaned or not. sadly this unit did not meet expectations due to this neglect.kitchen cookware was adequate but all items in cabinets placed randomly and disorganized; who lines cabinets with paper towels? ick. we felt the need to wash everything before it’s use. thankfully the bathrooms had newly upgraded showers/bathtubs so there was no mildew. phew.

We love 30A & have been coming since 1993. This location is perfect for biking to Seaside or driving up to the Rosemary area. Unit suited our family well & had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs & umbrella was a nice bonus.

This was our first stay in the area and we loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kids room was perfect for my 3 boys. Getting everything to and from the beach each day was made super easy with the boardwalk ramp. We use wagons so it was nice not having to lift them up and down stairs. We really enjoyed Brozzini’s pizza right across the street. Will definitely return.

The condo was not as expected. It needed a lot of updating. There was an odor in the condo. The fan in the bedroom with the king bed, you could not turn it off. We had an issue with the tv in the living room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the tv. The view was exceptional! Only one elevator that was working.
