The town home was completely renovated in 2019 and has comfortable and modern decor with a coastal vibe. Amenities include two screened porches, two community pools, two tennis courts, and a park with nature trails. There is a fishing pond, fountain, and picnic area all tucked into a cypress grove. A perfect relaxing respite from a sunny day on the beach- best of both worlds!. The perfect spot for families, couples or an individual looking for a private yet well located get away!

We stayed here fir 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We will be staying here in the future. Everything you need for an extended beach stay. The walk to the beach was nothing and the owner provided chairs/umbrella.
