This property is perfectly adequate for the price. It was very clean other than the sofa but that is to be expected for a beach rental. The location is quiet and safe and about a 10 min walk to the beach. There is a nice cafe (Pig something) within walking distance as well as 2 different ice cream shops. The general store didn't open until 10 though so that was a bummer when we tried to get ice.
One note...we would recommend that the wifi password as well as the directions to the beach access be written somewhere in the unit (on the fridge or something).
We would stay here again. The beach is amazing.

To our own fault, we did not realize there would be a ton of teenagers riding bikes all week, which made getting back and forth from places difficult. The rooms were very nice, a bit older, but very clean.
Positives: Communication with Host(s); Price for week; Cleanliness
Negatives: Only 2 dumpsters for entire group of houses; Uncomfortable beds (
