Nice place to stay, yet overpriced and no real added value.

Hôtel building on itself is beautiful, there is a specious free parking in front. We booked family room, it was a combo of 1 bedroom and 1 specious room with kitchen/ dining table and all facilities for cooking. It takes only 5 min to get to the beach/ there is a supermarket near hotel and a large camping lot. Breakfast in the hotel offers nice choices and tastes.

1. There were 2 heavy doors in the room, it took us some creativity to have them fixed and keep them open. 2. Hotel located 20 min walking distance from West Kappellen centre, when its is windy… it takes some efforts and time to go there. 3. High price for the value offered. Not sure if I would come back. 4. No other facilities to enjoy in the hotel when the weather is rainy. No sauna. No pool. No gym. 5. Restaurant was closed both days we stayed there, so going to the city was the only option(.

Delightful staff, welcoming and clean accommodation.

Our room, the 6 person family was spacious. The little kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel even smelled wonderful. Breakfast was varied and fresh and our children were welcomed by all the staff.

My only niggle is that we could not have room service. This would have been lovely once the kids were sleeping!

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the modern design added a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The only downside of the room is the huge pillows. Not everyone is comfortable sleeping while sitting :) It would be great if one of the two pillows was flat :) The really friendly staff. A special mention goes to the cook who prepared our dinner. The meal was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to every taste. As dog lovers, we were delighted to find dogs around the hotel. It was heartwarming to see how the hotel embraced our furry friends.

Great suite, with plenty of space and well fitted. Stayed with dog and that was no problem. Very relaxed and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach where dogs are allowed.

Perfect seaside escape within minutes of countryside rambles.Rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly staff in particular the lovely Greek waiter and all reception staff. Excellent breakfast. We had one issue where a particular cocktail that we got on one night was not available the next. We made nothing of it and ordered something else.but on checkout it had been noted and we got a fulsome apology. That's how to run a good business. Would love to go back.

Restaurant menu was limited although food was perfectly cooked it was slightly boring if you are eating there a number of night.
