Super comfy queen size bed, over-stuffed sofa, fireplace, office area, a darling kitchen and a full washer and dryer in the basement. Located in a beautiful, very walkable, historic neighborhood called Silver Hill. Literally, more than 50 restaurants within a 15 minute stroll.
The property was built in 1908 by a family locating to Albuquerque for the railroad. The unit faces the garden and has a large patio with furniture and a gas grill. Many guest have stayed months at a time and throughly enjoyed their extended stays.

Had most everything I needed. Was smaller and more expensive than my prior weeks accommodations. I would stay here again if other accommodations weren’t available.

I enjoyed my stay at this quiet and safe cottage tucked away. It is close to some great restaurants and also easy to jump on the freeway. I will be coming back for sure!

Bed was comfy
Air Conditioning, really good

Kitchen table/bar super rickety
Coffee table rickety
Stove needs exhaust fan
Shower curtain is maddening
Blind on living room window is missing string to raise.
Deadbolt on garden door…you have to lock it from both sides, pain in the butt especially at 5am with no light
