This is the place for you....direct oceanfront....with the surf, turtles and whales right in front of you! Sit on your oceanfront lanai and have a front row seat!
There is air conditioning in the bedroom for those nights when needed as well as the living room.
This location is a also golfers paradise! This condo is centrally located to numerous golf courses all provided to you upon reservation.
Not only is Ma'alaea a central location to all the golf courses, it's a small village on a dead-end road that features a 5-mile white sandy beach at one end and a small harbor with boats to take you snorkeling, whale watching, on sunset cruises or deep sea fishing at the other end.
There's no highway noise, strip malls or traffic on our street....just the residents who live here and the guests visiting.
The whales are a special treat. Relaxing on the lanai during the months of November through April, you will be entertained by the humpback whales who have returned to Maui from summering in Alaska. For the last 2 years we have all watched a mother give birth to a calf and then watch as she spends the rest of the season teaching her calf how to swim, breech and have fun. All this visible right from the lanai.
Year-round there are turtles bobbing their heads just before sunrise and you'll also see the occasional endangered monk seal sunning on the rocks in front of the condo.
This condo is fully equipped with beach chairs and towels, books to read on the beach, new comfortable king bed, fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic view of the ocean in front of you with Haleakala (our volcano) in the background.
You'll find all the supplies you'll need such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, soap...and more. There's even a washer-dryer right in the condo so you don't even have to bring many clothes with you.
It's the only condo building on the street with covered parking and it's assigned so your parking spot is waiting for you each time you return home.

This little condo was just perfect. The view was incredible with the sound of ocean always there to relax you. The town is the perfect “middle” spot on the island, so you can explore more without traveling so far. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. The views of the bay and Haleakala are out of this world. The condo is exactly as described and was perfect for the 2 of us. The only nit being the shower is tired and dated but I believe they plan to update it soon. Barbara was an excellent host and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Finally the Milowai grounds and pool are lovely.

The condo was perfect for my wife and I for her birthday. Third floor with balcony super close to the ocean. Nice little kitchen worked out great for some cooking time save on $$. Upon arrival, Condo was not cleaned after last family left. Someone dropped the ball on that so my wife and I cleaned up. Emailed owner and who didn’t respond for a couple days after sending several other emails/texts. Got hold of maintenance point of contact and they sent over a cleaning lady but we had pretty much finished ourselves when she arrived. Owner finally acknowledged receipt of my emails and her displeasure with the cleaning crew but didn’t offer and reimbursement for cleaning deposit or apologies to us. Bed was comfortable but had a “low spot” in middle of mattress that gave my wife back pain. Sleeping on the “ends” gave a much better sleep. Other than these issues, She has a great place to vacation.
