Spectacular Ocean Views at Maalaea Kai
Clean, well-maintained Maui two-bedroom, two-bath condo away from the crowds, with fantastic views, located in Maalaea Bay with easy access to local beaches and towns.
This condo is our second home and before each visitor the unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized. We provide each visitor with hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer and Lysol disinfectant. Upon your arrival you will self-check-in and find the windows open with the Maui trade-winds flowing through. During your stay you can use the central AC or close the entry screen door for fresh soft air. The common area breezeway near the barbeque complements the condo’s shaded lanai for outdoor dining or relaxing.
The building is on a cul-de-sac so there is little vehicular traffic. You can see the ocean from the front bedroom as well as the living room.

The unit includes high-end kitchen, bathrooms and amenities, with tile floors throughout, Hawaiian décor, new furniture, bedding and linens. Central air conditioning is provided, but you may prefer to let the trade winds breeze flow through the unit.

Beautiful cabinets, large refrigerator-freezer, range, oven and dishwasher, with blender, toaster and coffee maker are provided in the large spacious kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, it has everything you need to prepare a meal that you would make from your own home kitchen—glassware, flatware, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. You can dine on the lanai and breakfast area. Enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai in the morning while looking out at the sunrise and ocean!!!

See amazing views of the ocean, Humpback whales frolicking with their calves (December-May), turtles, the Island of Kahoolawe, sunrise over Mount Haleakala (Maui's dormant volcano 10,000 feet above sea level) and watch beautiful sunsets. Table and chairs on the lanai provide outdoor comfort.
Two Large Bedrooms and Living Room Sleeps up to Six--
Each bedroom has a new queen bed with dressers and large closet space to store your belongings. Quality linens are provided. The front bedroom window has shutters opening to the ocean view. Perfect choice for two couples as each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The living room has a quality queen-size hide-a-bed sofa. Large screen television, Blu-ray DVD/CD player and free Wi-Fi are provided. Included are board games, puzzles, guitar, DVDs and children’s books. Children are welcome; quite hours are observed.
Deluxe Full Bathrooms & Privacy--
Each tiled bathroom is accessible from the adjoining bedroom, and includes hairdryer, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and sun block.
Outdoor Swimming, Snorkeling, Sunning & BBQing on the Condominium Grounds--
The complex provides the largest swimming pool in the Maalaea district, reef access to the ocean with a short walk to four-mile secluded beach. The unit includes boogie boards, picnic cooler, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, floatation aids for children, and sand toys. Use the cooler to keep your wine chilled while sitting out at night on the lounge chairs listening to the ocean among the Coconut Palms on the two-acre lush grounds. On weekend evenings the manager lights tiki torches near the sea wall at the edge of the beautifully manicured putting green lawn with tropical landscaping.
Nearby Maalaea Marina and Village and Access to Maalaea Beach--
A short westerly walk provides access to restaurants, stores, boats for scuba diving or Humpback whale watching (December-May), while an easterly stroll to the end of the street provides access to a four-mile long beach.
Convenience and Relaxing Experience--
The onsite Manager is very helpful and you might be so comfortable that you are tempted to forego excursions!!! We provide ease-of-booking, checking-in and checking-out.
Reserved parking place and elevator are nearby. The laundry room with fast, clean machines is just two doors down.
The condo is centrally located for fast easy travel to attractions in Kihei, Lahaina and Wailea. The condo is recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls’ getaway—anyone seeking the beauty of Maui’s ocean.

Just left 3 days ago, and already I want to go back! Stayed a full week with our friends, amazing time! The condo is super clean, great layout for two couples or parents/kid room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We stopped at a grocery store to pick up our food on our way in and were pleasantly surprised to find there were plenty of condiments, spices, etc already there. We saw tons of whales while just sitting on the lanai or on the lounge chairs on the beautiful grassy area of the property. Lots of turtles in the water right along the back side of the property.Location of the condo is great, centrally located on the island to access all the great areas AND within walking distance to a a beach & few restaurants at the harbor. We took cruises out of the Maalaea harbor (snorkeling Molokini and a Dinner Sunset cruise), explored the Kihei beaches, drove the road to Hana and explored the Kaanapali beaches. There's pizza and paninis, an ice cream sandwich shop, a fish/steak spot and a great lunch spot at the harbor. All had fantastic food and drinks. We made breakfasts (except one day we went to Nalu's South Shore Grill in Kihea, 1000% recommend going there) & packed lunches each day and walked to dinner almost every night.The owners have put together an AMAZING collection of maps & information on things to see and do.Communication with the owners before & during our stay was super helpful and responsive.

Probably the best view from the second story balcony of any place I have ever stayed. Condo was very clean and owner provided
many little ammenities that a hotel would not provide. Owner provided great communication before and up to checkin date as well as followup
after checkout. Would recommend this condo to any one and I would definately stay there again in the future

We could not recommend Maalaea Bay enough. If you’re looking for beach views and sounds, but don’t want all the sand stop looking and book now! The condo was squeaky clean, spacious, and wow that view. The breeze that flowed through the condo with the doors open was amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need down to the first aid kit in one of the drawers. The owners had laminated cards with recommendations on restaurants, sites and excursions/activities.
If you’re lucky enough and Mother Nature provides giant swells it makes for great surf watching! We also enjoyed watching the sea turtles swim in the shallows near the giant rocks.
We were always within 15 min of whatever we found ourselves doing that day. Location, communication, and cleanliness were top notch. We would absolutely rent again.
