One of only four condos in Seagate, it provides exceptional privacy along with wide-open views stretching nearly 120 degrees to the north and south. It's the perfect retreat for a couple looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island.
Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and original art work (many painted by the owner), the condo has a warm, welcoming atmosphere guests immediately fall in love with.
The updated kitchen is thoughtfully appointed for those who enjoy cooking, featuring granite wraparound counters with stylish swivel stools - perfect for chatting with the cook, enjoying morning coffee, or simply taking in the endless ocean views.
New lighting, fans, cabinetry and fresh coastal touches throughout make the space feel bright, relaxing and inviting. Best of all, the ocean can be seen from nearly every angle.
Step outside onto the private deck, where you'll find a table with comfortable seating as well as two oversized Adirondack rocking chairs - ideal for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or evenings listening to the sound of the waves.
The beach itself is wide, uncrowded, and known for beautiful shells and shark teeth. In fact, the area directly in front of the condo is considered a local "hot zone" for shark tooth hunting.
Located just south of Main Beach and only minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach, you 'll enjoy easy access to wonderful shopping, casual and fine dining, and the beloved Saturday Farmer's Market. Nearby activities include golfing, tennis, hiking, biking, sailing excursions, horse back riding on the beach and exploring Fort Clinch State Park and the island's beautiful Victorian homes.

I have never written a negative review, but we feel the whole experience needs to be known for future renters.The location and views are amazing. The beach is great and quiet. We had 2 amazing days of shelling. Concerns:
the pictures do not depict how we found the condo. The blue chair pictured in the photos in the living area is not there, instead there is a wicker blue chair which is not comfortable.The counter stools in the pictures are not what we had. We had backless stools that are not comfortable. I did not know the condo did not have a inside dining table. The glass coffee table pictured is very chipped we like to do puzzles and it was to low.
- the oven did not work for the whole 2 weeks we were there. We notified the owner and she was quick to respond that she would try to get someone to fix. After several days without hearing from her, I asked again about the oven. She was unable to find someone to fix it, but brought over her toaster own oven. This was not optional. She has ordered a new one, which did not arrive prior to our leaving. The ceiling in the primary leaked during a heavy rain and she had it fixed. The ceiling fan in the primary was too loud to sleep with. The bathroom in very outdated and the metal rusty rack above the toilet sticks out so you cant sit back all the way while using.
Leslie is very kind and quick to respond. We were able to see the other units in this building and felt we were staying in the only one not updated or modern.
