This incredibly beautiful location overlooks the 9th hole of The Dunes Course - part of the Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort & Club. Enjoy South facing unobstructed views of the water lily-filled lake, majestic Santa Rosa Mountains and greens of the course from the house and the backyard patio with a pool & spa which are elevated from the fairway for privacy. The home features 2600 sq feet of space with an open floor plan and 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, there is 1/2 bath in the main living area for guests. Home has all new kitchen appliances (installed in July 2017). This was our second four-month stay, and it's absolutely paradise! The views are incredible and the home has everything we needed. The owner is a great communicator, which also made the stay very easy. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful home, but even better than that fantastic views. Golf/mountain facing view. Home had everything we needed and then some. Beds were very comfortable. Nice little pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of outdoor seating. Did I mention the view? Quiet neighborhood, close to nice restaurants. Owner very easy to communicate with and if you have any questions is quick to respond. Will be back next year. Did not want to leave.

The house is great and very secure in a gated community. The setting is gorgeous with full mountain views. Just beautiful! Thomas is a wonderful host who provides excellent communication before, during, and after the stay. We had everything we needed and could not have been happier!
