Completely remodeled in 2025, the condo boasts a bright new atmosphere! The carpets have been replaced with sleek LVP flooring, the walls in the main living area have been repainted with fresh, inviting colors, and the kitchen now features all-new, stainless steel appliances.
As you enter the condo, you'll find yourself in the kitchen area, designed to make meal prep a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a meal for the group, this space has everything you need. The new appliances include a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a small sink perfect for cleaning up. Ample cabinet space makes it easy to unpack your groceries. If you'd rather dine out, there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk or ride away from the Anderson Ocean Club. For those who prefer to stay in, food delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are also available in the area.
Just off the kitchen is the bathroom, designed with convenience in mind. It features a large counter with a sink and storage underneath, a spacious mirror that spans the entire wall, a shower/tub combo, and a toilet.
