Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

We can't say enough about the pool,hot tub and backyard. They were all very clean and well maintained!!!. Jerry heated the pool to our specific temp and shut off the heat when we asked. The interior of the home was very nice and well maintained as well.

We loved the overall MCM design & decor this home has, both outside and inside. Some of the art and furnishings are authentic to the period (not reproductions). The floors throughout are polished concrete. The kitchen was well equipped, but heavy on the knives and serving bowls, and low on baking sheets/oven-proof cooking gear.One bedroom has many books to choose from. The main suite has a great stock of Dwell and Real Simple magazines, and the home overall has California and MCM coffee table books to flip through.The middle bedroom had lots of toys...a basket of Trolls, My Little Ponies, crayons and coloring books. Board games, an Etch-a-Sketch, and more. Rounding back to the MCM nature of this home was the wonderful selection of vintage children's books! I adore vintage children's books, and I spent more time looking at them than my daughter did!The yard is a great size here. We didn't necessarily use every inch of it, but we liked that we didn't feel hemmed in. We had almost no bugs to contend with, except for one night this large black beetle visited the patio. Being from the humid muggy midwest, it was nice to sit outside and not slap myself all night. There are inflatables to use in the pool, and dive toys. Pumps are present. Location is convenient, and it was a very short car ride to grab coffee, the Albertsons, and downtown PS.We enjoyed staying here and would do it again.
