One of the best kept secrets in the Poipu Beach Resort area, Waikomo Stream Villas is a lush garden resort with 60 Kauai condos located on the sunny side of Kauai. Centrally located and across the road from Kauai’s premier retail destination – Kukui`ula Village, the most exciting Kauai shopping and dining destination in Poipu.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. The condo is fabulous with plenty of room. Completely stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of towels. The lanai was so nice to sit out on. The resort is amazing a true tropical paradise. Beautiful bubbling creek with fish and frogs. Amazing flowering plants thru out. Quiet and secluded. Pool is very nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

Loved the layout and decor of the condo with lush, well-maintained gardens. It’s not on the beach and you can’t hear the ocean but the bird sounds, water flowing from the stream and beautiful mature landscaping more than made up for it.
We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

The property you can tell is old, needs some updating. But in good condition overall. The one thing I would warn anyone about, is if you want to have a comfortable temp inside unit this is not for you. We assumed that the unit would have air conditioning but nope. Can’t really relax when you just sit and sweat non stop, I can’t sleep while I’m sweating. It ruined what would have been a nice soaking or jet tub, but didn’t utilize that because who wants to get in a nice warm tub while sweating profusely. Everywhere else we’ve stayed on various islands all have air con, except this one. Nice unit otherwise, does need updating (stained carpet, stained butcher block island countertop, it should be oiled but it is dry and stains easily. I “ANY” food crumb is not cleaned up the ants will swarm so be aware to keep things spotless. Beds were comfortable.
