Die Lage und der Spa Bereich waren wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert.
Leider haben wir das Apartment 214 nicht in einem vollständig sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Man erkennt zwar, dass grundsätzlich gereinigt wurde, allerdings sind die Fugen in der Wohnung stark verschmutzt und das Sofa weist zahlreiche Flecken auf, was einen wenig hygienischen Eindruck macht. Außerdem haben wir in der Wohnung sowohl eine Kakerlake als auch einen Silberfisch entdeckt. Insgesamt entspricht der Sauberkeitszustand leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Excellent location right next to QC Spa and the tennis club. The apartment was comfortable, spacious enough, and featured great amenities.

Appartement bien équipé, il ne manque rien, balcon avec vue agréable. Quartier calme mais excentré du centre ville : il faut le savoir (aucun commerce).
À noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et que l’appartement est au 1 er étage (2 étages du sous sol). La fenêtre de la chambre secondaire ne s’ouvre pas : impossible d’aérer.
