A lovely place that feels like home. Fruebdly, private, safe & secure.

The warm welcome from our host who made sure we were made to feel like friends rather than strangers. Lots of handy information advice guidance to make our trip more enjoyable. Joanne, our host had even provided in the fridge some but needy items for a refreshing drink on arrival and good start for breakfast the next day. This was much appreciated. This place is perfect. Quiet in the woods, walking distance to centre. You have a private entrance with small garden, off road parking that was ideal for us. It is well planned with modern conveniences while retaining a clean spacious cabin feel. A great view of the mountains too. It gives privacy and you are seperate to the host family who do not burden or in anyway intrude as this is more a seperate independent guest utility. We loved our stay. Our host was wonderful, kind, helpful, friendly. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time we visit chamonix.

It's the best place we have ever stayed in chamonix and we have been 10 times, the location is perfect, bus stops, Close bye and walking distance to chamonix. 200m from cross country skiing also. Can't fault it at all, Thankyou...

Fantastic chalet with great layout and every you need. Immaculately clean and tidy.Great location for Chamonix .The owners Joanne and Iain were great hosts and nothing was to much trouble even a lift to the bus station .We had a fantastic 5 days and will return.

We like everything! Joanna and Ian were so nice with us! They gave us a lovely and warm welcome. The property is beautiful and confortable, looks exactly as the pictures. Location is also great, 20min walking from Chamonix Center, which is great, the journey is beautiful to walk and it’s 15min walking from Les Pras which is nice too

Wonderful little appartment in Chamonix and a very warm welcome from the host.The appartment is very confortable, with a great location, close to the city center and the railway and in the mean time isolated. We were very happy to find this little gem in a region that is very frequented by tourists and therefore,most of the time, the accomodation lacks warmth and is impersonal.

Very good

The location was brilliant - only a short walk to town. The chalet was lovely with a gorgeous log fire and really comfortable bed. The owners were really friendly and helpful.

The chalet was well equipped however there were just a few things that would have been useful to have, for example a washing up sponge and hand wash in the upstairs toilet. Other than that, it was perfect!

Perfect and quiet vacation chalet while very close to all activities

The place is new and very well maintained. Very convenient in all aspects. Within a short drive (2-3 minutes) from Chamonix, and a convenient store which has all you need for breakfast and more. Iain, the host was extremely kind and helpful, assisted us in choosing places for hiking and recommended restaurants. The area is amazing for nature lovers. Very peaceful and quiet, and if you need some action (shopping, pubs etc.), Chamonix center is close by. We had a great time, and were very sorry it ended. Hope to be back.

Homely feelings in Chamonix

Such a nice small house next to the owner's. The internal design is perfect for a weekly travel. Free private parking space. Backyard. Easy to reach by public bus from the Chamonix bus station. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy loft-style bedroom upstairs. Suitable for both summer and winter stays.

Wi-Fi connection slow. (We did not need it indeed.)

Overall amazing experience.

Perfect place for some rest and enjoying nature. it is super quiet and great views from the garden. The house itself is new and very neat. Owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and provide the best service since the minute booking is made. Great access to Chamonix centre (20 min walk with a beautiful mountain view.)

Beautiful, cosy spacious couples getaway in the mountains.

Joanna and her family have created a beautiful chalet getaway for couples. It’s cosy, spacious, the fittings and decor is done to a very high quality, there’s even a boot warmer and two bathrooms. The shower is large and very warm, the fire is lovely and the kitchen is of a very high quality and has everything you need. You also have your own private entrance, and are a 20 min beautiful walk from Chamonix and the setting is idyllic. The pictures don’t do this place justice, we will definitely be coming back. Could not rate the chalet more highly. Joanna and her daughter are lovely!

Peaceful and beautiful little retreat.

This chalet is beautifully renovated. it’s very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location is a short walk to Chamonix center, close to hiking trails, and with a view of the mountains. Just perfect. The host was super lovely and there to greet us and say goodbye and very responsive with any requests.

Joanna is a super host and friendly. She made our stay very comfortable and very friendly. The apartment exceeded our expectations by far. Very close to city centre, 10 min walking distance, you can avoid using car. The bed was very comfortable and any noise at night. 100% we will come back to the apartment

very nice apartment outside the center of Chamonix

All about the apartment show the dedication and good taste of the owners. The apartment is very pretty. We were welcomed in the heartiest of manners by the owners; we admired the tasteful touches, the well thought-through layout. Staying in this apartment for an extended period would have been lovely. The owners encouraged us to pick fresh mint leaves in the garden to brew a nice tea for breakfast.

The garden was still being laid out; but that is no issue whatsoever. At the other side of the road the local train passes which we found rather pleasant, but some people may find the sound disturbing.

This is a GREAT find. Joanna and Lain were so friendly and welcoming. The chalet has tasteful brand-new renovations, perfectly clean, beautiful woodwork and has that "mountain cozy" feel yet modern. The bed was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and even a boot rack dryer! The location is perfect with easy parking just outside of busy downtown Chamonix. We plan to come back again for another stay!

Très joli studio avec chambre en étage au milieu des arbres dans un quartier calme mais pas trop loin du centre. Il faut 30 minutes à pied pour aller jusqu’à l’église de Chamonix. Excellent accueil avec de bons conseils de restaurants. Très bien équipé.

Calme, propre mais pas de rangement pour nos affaires

Cet appartement est tout neuf et très propre. Il est vraiment au calme.

Les étagères prévues pour ranger nos affaires sont en plein salon et dans la chambre et ne sont vraiment pas pratiques. Nous avons dû laisser notre linge dans nos valises. Le lavabo de la salle de douche est tellement petit qu’on ne peut pas s’y brosser les dents. Impossible de fermer les rideaux qui sont trop hauts dans la chambre : on doit dormir avec le lumière du jour. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas
