Friendly staff. Cleanliness of room. Delicious food. Prime location. Free parking.
Background motor noise in room 101 (which did go off eventually, but not until late in the evening). Noisy bar whilst eating evening meal in adjacent restaurant area.

The hotel had a great atmosphere , the staff were great and did their best to please.
The mattress sagged towards the window, however i was ok with this as it was a double bed.

It’s a hotel in the town where I lived for ages staff were helpful
The stairs mean it’s not suitable for disabled people. Unfortunately it’s changed hands and after a terrible meal on the first night we ate elsewhere and just had simple breakfast at the property . The room needed attention
