Location and amenities of the complex was perfect. Multiple bbq stations, pool, hot tub, lots of tables and chairs by the pool and direct access to the beach. There were also pool noodles, beach chairs and an umbrella.
A lift as well as shopping and luggage carts. Parking (1 car per unit) under the complex which was good to keep it out of sun and rain.
407 unit was well equipped with dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Sheets and towels (inc. beach towels) it was clean too. Beds were squeaky but ultimately comfy. Decent space for 5 adults to share.
Parking permits were missing (lots of signs about cars potentially being towed without a permit)
Vacasa weren't great to work with, didn't really seem to understand enquiries and quoted what was already on the app. Twice they couldn't find our reservation while we were there. Mum couldn't get the lock at the condo to work and had to call Vacasa, ended up costing her £40 for 15mins.
Unit is a bit out of date but honestly we were at the beach and pool most of the time so it didn't bother us. 407 was also about half the cost of other condos in the same complex so I'd rather have the saving in money.

The location is excellent! Beach is perfect, not crazy busy and clean. IRB area is the best of Florida!
Condo was clean but its pretty beat up, you can very easily tell its strictly for an investment firm to make money and they are not going to do anything they don't have to. I have never seen such a dirty furnace filter, disgusting! Clean unit but very poorly maintained. Love the Reef Club and IRB but we will not stay in that condo again.
