About this villa rental
The villa is located near the Minareto beach, the Plemmirio Marine Reserve and the island of Ortigia. Guests have access to the swimming pool and the garden where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The villa with its large verandas will offer you the opportunity to have lunch and dinner enjoying the greenery all around. Inside an open space with living and dining area with a modern and relaxing furniture. Upstairs the three bedrooms, two double and one single with 2 beds. The villa has two bathrooms both with shower and all the amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning hot / cold that will allow you a pleasant stay in both summer and winter.

The premises exceeded our expectations. Better than the photos. The grounds where very nicely manicured, beautiful trees, pool, a good amount of outdoor furniture to accommodate our every need. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, beach, swim, visit Syrcuse, Noto, drive to Mt Etna, and a day trip up to Taromina, a boat trip leaving from town. Andrea was a fantastic host, was always available when needed. The villa had amazing views from the balcony yet private pool area which the family enjoyed playing in and relaxing by.
A car is a must to explore and we found some great beaches a short drive away. Would recommend as we had a fantastic time!

We enjoyed our stay and Andrea was very helpful and we particularly appreciated his recommendations for places to eat and places to go locally. The house was well set up and we loved the pool as it was hot and we spent a lot of time there. A bluetooth speaker would be a welcome addition to the house. Thanks for having us.
