About this house rental
This luxurious vacation home that follows WHO and CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary.
There are one King master suite and one double Queen bedroom on ground floor. On 2nd floor there are 2 king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds!
The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and two family size double door stainless steel fridges along with all essential appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.
A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA.
The pool faces east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.
A well-trained dog under 50 pound is welcome with additional fee and deposit.
Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available.
Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit.

My family of 8 adults and 6 children enjoyed this home very much. The kids loved being able to be together in the private pool in the evening. The clubhouse was great for them and the adults. The home is within walking distance to the clubhouse which was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of seating for dining inside and on the patio. The kitchen could use some updating on the pots and pans (very worn teflon surfaces) and a couple sharp knives would be great. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Counter seating is also a plus for kidsThe bath towels could be better in terms of quality and quantity for the number of people. At least 4 per bathroom. Very minor issues. The grandkids had issues with the pool surface. They kept getting their feet cut up. There were some things found by accident in the couch. An apple earbud, a pull up and a steak knife …also a baggie containing some very old moldy apple slices under one of the beds. (Housekeeping issues) Communication could have been a little better but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again.

We rented 2 houses in this neighborhood with this one being the largest. 2/3 of our softball team stayed here and they loved it. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group.

Our entire stay ran smoothly. Check in was a breeze. We had a slight problem with the pool heat and a technician was at the house within the hour. The house was clean, the kitchen had an abundance of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints at all!

Size, number of beds and baths was great. AC upstairs was out when we got there and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Thought they would offer to do something to make the stay more comfortable but it never happened. No extra fans, no offer for a slight discount, nothing- it was more like, sorry about your luck. Property manager told me they couldn’t offer anything so to contact the owner, when I did the property manager proceeded to send me several text messages, taking it personally. We worked so hard to make this weekend special for my mom’s birthday, if not for being in unbearable heat it would haven been great.
