About this cottage rental
This 2 bedroom, 1 bath modern cottage is located at Breakwater Village. House was just renovated in June of 2024. Your private beach is less than a 3 min walk from the rental. This house is fully equipped and supplied with your every day needs including wireless high speed Internet and a Roku ( streaming ) TV in all the rooms. A/C is provide from a Mitsubishi mini split system also. An outdoor heated enclosed shower is a great addition for a rinse after the beach. Indoor bath also. This house even includes its own private beach, which is only a 3 minute walk away! It has two bedrooms with a queen in 1 room and 2 single bunks in the other. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper.
With only a few steps to a full water view, you are sure to relax to a spectacular sunrise or sunset over the ocean. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays welcome upon availability.
Hello, Thanks for taking the time to view this property. 2024 brings new paint to the inside of the house, all new flooring and an updated / renovated indoor bathroom/shower.Wireless high speed internet has also. The house is kept in great condition with everything up to date. If the week your looking for is not available, please email anyways, have friends with houses in the same area. No animals allowed. Only service dogs with the correct paperwork. Association rule, not mine. There are no linens/ pillows or comforters supplied with the house. Linen companies are available in the area upon request that supply everything you need for a nice enjoyable vacation. Contact owner for more Thanks

I have stayed in Breakwater Village many times, and this is my first in the Cottage, and will most likely not be the last. Great newer cottage, love the large kitchen, with plenty of counter space, and a great place for seating at the island. It is an easy cottage to straighten up, when leaving. Takes no time to clean. Great location, super quick walk to the beach.

The property has recently been renovated and furnished with modern appliances, along with tasteful decoration. I reserved this residence for my daughter's graduation from URI. It is situated in a convenient location just minutes from various amenities. Additionally, it is situated adjacent to a scenic beach area. The host maintained consistent communication and ensured that our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable.

I stayed in Stephen’s cottage with my husband and two sons (3 years and 1 year). It was absolutely perfect for our group. It’s tough to stay in a hotel with such little ones and this house gave us all the comforts of home in our vacation. It was clean and the main living space was spacious for the its small size. The house is just about a five minute walk to a lovely private beach that was great for our little guys. This location was perfect for us. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home.
