Santa Maria is steps away to Beautiful White Sandy Beach. Located on the quiet Southern end of Ft Myers Beach. You will enjoy taking long walks on the beach, swimming in the Gulf, watching the dolphins and amazing sunsets. A vacation you will not forget and want to keep coming ack for more. If you like boating The Fish Tail Marina is next door with affordable rentals. If it is golfing, you love Bonita Fairways (12 miles) Eagle Ridge Golf , Stoneybrook Golf and Tiburon Golf all within 19 miles. Take the Beach Trolley to shopping and dining, it is outside your doorstep and travels up and down Estero Blvd. This south end location is convenient to Bonita Springs, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva. This first floor unit has been newly painted. There are wood floors thru-out with lots of natural sunlight. Very spacious with over 1300 sq ft living area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a big closet. The third bedroom/den has a full-size bed with a closet. Santa Maria's heated pool is one of the biggest on this end of the beach. .it is private for guests of Santa Maria I & II. The gazebos are around the pool area(are being re-designed) with tables, chairs and BBQ/grills.

Beach and gulf across the street. Marina next door. Santini plaza next to that. Ice cream, pizza and 6 Restaurants. Plus CVS. You can walk to everything. 😁

We have vacationed at Ft. Myers Beach for the past 8 Christmas seasons. The easy access to dining at the Santini Plaza & the beach makes this an excellent rental. The pool was another plus. We hope to return soon.

I would echo all the positive comments below. The pool, easy access to the beach and Lover's Key, and the nearby Santini Plaza are big pluses in our book. We brought an inexpensive king converter kit and made the two twin beds into a king. We had previously rented in December, and wondered if the island would be crowded in February, but it turned out not to be very crowded at all down on this end of the island. Currently driving off the island to the north can be very slow on weekdays due to road construction near the area of the library, so we usually took the southern bridge which goes past Lover's Key. We highly recommend this condo and will be returning next year.
