About this cabin rental
800 square foot newly remodeled retreat with 400 square foot screened in porch overlooking the pond. Solid Heart Pine Walls and hand made aspen log beds offer a rustic feel in the heart of the comfort. 6 person Hot Tub, rocking Chairs, love seat and a picnic table all on the screened in porch offer a relaxing, comfortable area to enjoy the sunset over the pond. The private 14 acre pond is perfect to play in the water and enjoy a leisure kayak around. There are two aluminum jon boats and 3 kayaks supplied with the property for the use of the guests. Renters are more than welcome to bring paddle boats or kayaks to explore the ponds three coves. The wood dock is ideal for use as swim platform or deck, or for viewing the wild ducks and geese that frequent the property. The 175 acre property is home to an abundance of turkey, and deer.we do not allow hunting, however you’re welcome to watch or photograph the wildlife. During the winter weather, the house is ideal for families that want a quiet escape. The house is supplied with linens, towels, coffee pot, pots, pans and a charcoal grill. Located 35 miles of east of Columbia South Carolina, 8 miles west of Orangeburg, the house is easy to reach but still an idyllic spot for fishermen. Please note there is a strict limit of 6 guest at the property and no parties are allowed. No ATVs allowed on property

We enjoyed our visit to the cabin. The cabin is well equipped. The cabin is on a large pond with a dock. There are kayaks and a jon boat. There is a closet with life jackets, paddles, and fishing poles. The cabin is a nice getaway from all the hustle and bustle. The post was helpful as well. We recommend it. Thanks again Tris.

Great trip, peaceful, cozy and relaxing. First vacation me and my boyfriend took together and we enjoyed it. We met the owner he was very nice. We plan on going back every summer!!!!

This is a great cabin, secluded yet not unsettling.My wife and I enjoyed the tranquility from being on the lake, where the surrounding trees reflect beautifully on the water when the wind is calm.It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Orangeburg, making it a truly great stay.

Was a very peace stay and checking in was a breeze called owner a little early to check in but he was having property cleaned/sanitized but soon as they were through he called and it was no problem. 2 nights stay was peaceful relaxing. Me and my wife had plenty of rest relaxing and romancing with a little music wine and hot tub. The fishing was good got plenty of bites but only caught a couple little ones. We did enjoy the stay.
