Near USC&Base w/ Screened Porch - The Lucky Charm

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from U of SC. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it’s fine and spacious. The fact that there are three full bathrooms is a plus. That being said, the living room furniture is very old and shabby. It is not very comfortable. Also, the carpets throughout the house are badly stained and really need to be replaced. The house itself was clean, but the carpet is so stained that it makes the house look dirty. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was easy to find and communication was good.

Great location and very comfortable! We stayed here for our son's BCT graduation last month and it was the perfect location. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Ft Jackson and on graduation day this was the perfect spot to bring my son and 1 of his buddies back to just relax. The beds were very comfortable, outdoor area is very nice and neighborhood is very quiet. We had a minor issue upon arrival (cleaners missed some areas) but host/mgmt company were very responsive and issue was addressed immediately. Would stay again if we're ever back in the area.

House was perfect for three couples; beds were comfortable and kitchen had basic items we needed for a short stay.

The management was very flexible in that they allowed us to check in early…definitely appreciated that:). When we initially got there for our early check in, the code was not yet active but a quick phone call remedied that quickly. While the hard surfaces such as the bathroom and kitchen were clean.. and the bedding was clean and comfortable, the carpet, furniture, and rug the family room were filthy and all need to be replaced… it is beyond being cleaned. This house was fine for our purposes.. which included a college football game with college kids, but I would not stay here again. The kitchen was also poorly appointed… there were only 2 bowls.
