About this house rental
Enjoy your home away from home. Centrally located and close to Five Points, USC, Colonial Life Center, Fort Jackson, and I-77. Completely remodeled, comfortable home with WIFI. The city bus has a stop across the street just a short walk away. Stadium chairs are available to borrow, and we have provided many games for the family to enjoy during their visit. There is a Keurig coffee maker and welcome basket for our guests. If you choose to stay at our home and you have two vehicles, please park one car all the way to the left in front of the front steps. Please park the other car on the side of the road/street in front of our house. My husband and I live in the bonus room above the detached garage and the driveway narrows at the end so we need enough space to come and go in our vehicles, and we park in the back. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.

We were visiting Columbia for my son's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. This location was perfect! The home was so clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including snacks we could grab in a hurry. Maryann was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to Columbia.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked. I wish we had found this option in Columbia years ago. We will stay here anytime we come back to Columbia.

Marybeth was a wonderful host during our stay for my son’s graduation at Fort Jackson. She was very informative, responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish with clear communication and an easy check-in process.The home was clean, exactly as described, and located in a quiet neighborhood that was very convenient to Fort Jackson. We also appreciated the stocked snacks and thoughtful touches throughout the stay.We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
