The first level of this townhouse apartment features air conditioning, modern furnishings, well equipped modern kitchen including a coffee machine. The open plan living/dining area opens onto a balcony where you can take in the stunning ocean views. This level also offers a full laundry and a third toilet.
The second level of this townhouse apartment offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with the main bedroom equipped with ensuite and walk-in-robe and your own private balcony again with ocean views. There is also secure undercover parking for 2 cars as well as secure off street parking for an additional 2 cars.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

BEDROOM 1 - 1 x King
BEDROOM 2 -1 x Queen Bed
BEDROOM 3 - 2 Singles (can be made into a King on request)

Overall it was a great experience. The location was amazing and it was so close to town for us to be able to walk to and from town. Not so much with ease due to the hill but the exercise hardly hurt anyone.

The townhouse had everything we could have needed and was not too far up the hill, so it was an easy walk down to the town centre and not too far up the hill on the way back. Yet still had lovely views from the 2 balconies.

This is the second time this year, I have stayed in this vacation rental. I rebooked this place due to the great stay the first time I had for a girls weekend away. The second time with family, the house was dirty and requires a deep clean and maintenance, the place is generally tidy but has a lot of dirt & dust build up (the walls, skirting boards, fans/aircons, louvres), bathrooms and kitchen weren’t cleaned with correct products.The internet wasn’t available. Unable to lock the garage door lock due to it being faulty.Food left in the fridge/freezer/pantry.Bug problem at the property.I understand it’s the week before schoolies and wonder if this is why the place wasn’t up as clean as the first stay. To avoid the potential damage and clean up that normally goes with schoolies in Airlie. Also have understanding that the maintenance and clean up that is required of this property would not be achievable within the 4hr turnover time.Just left feeling a little disappointed with the standards and price of accommodation, as there are rules/regulations in place on your stay, but we left the property in better condition then we received it.It is a great location and easy accessible to Airlie Beach and surrounding areas.
