About this apartment rental
This is a highly sought after corner unit with an unbelievably large balcony to enjoy the outstanding view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo has three large bedrooms each with its own private bath. There is a full size laundry room with an attached half bath.
The Master bedroom with its king size bed, opens up to the balcony so that you can enjoy the noise of the waves as you wake up each morning. The adjoining master bath has a full size garden tub along with a large standup shower and a rather large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and attached private bathroom. This room also has a balcony of its own that opens up to a view of Ono Island. The Third bedroom shares that same balcony and also has a queen bed, with its own private bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you may need to prepare a full meal. There is seating for nine people to dine. The unit has its own ice maker, so that when you are ready for a trip to the beach, the ice will be waiting for you.
The living room is furnished with very comfortable furniture, so that you can relax after a long day at the beach.
There are TVs in two bedrooms and a large 42" HDTV in the living room. The unit offers free wifi and cable.
This unit and the building is very family friendly. You will have all the comforts of home so that you can enjoy your stay at beautiful Orange Beach!!!

We love this property and were impressed with this unit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals, it was a comfortable environment, and the balcony had a constant breeze. The owner was accommodating and very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival.

We had so much fun! There was plenty of space for the whole family and loved being right on the beach. Very close to eating spots.

Just to make you aware, I myself did not make the trip due to family issues. My husband did Make the trip and stayed in the unit. Received an email stating wrist bands were to be worn beginning 7/1 and 5 were left in unit. Well, we would have been 6 adults, which a list of names and ages was given to you prior and 5 wristbands would not have been enough. Upon arrival and going up to room with some of the luggage, a notice was put on vehicle before he was able to get down to parking area with the pass. Very aggressive action I would say for such a short amount of time. Was not even 15 minutes. There was no toaster, no light in closet or ceiling of the queen bedroom. Floor was not very clean, sliding glass door had smudges, elements and pan under elements had to be cleaned by guests due to lots of smoking when attempting to use burners.
However, the condo itself was nice. We have stayed at this complex a few times and it seems like the rules are getting very stringent. Not sure we would stay here again.
