Across the street from VA hospital and only 1.2 miles from MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER, a 4' drive or a 14' ride on bus (060) or 1.4 on a 25' walk

Just furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath, NEW BEDS,MATTRESSES, LINEN, PILLOWS.
FAST INTERNET @ 150 Mbps
Two very comfortable sofa couches in the living area for two extra guests
Bus stop s 1/2 block away.
Very safe: 24 Hour 7 days, security guard at the entrance, beautifully landscaped surroundings quiet & peaceful.
Check in 3:30 PM TO 9:30 PM, check out 10:00 am if I don’t have anybody staying the day that you arrive you can check in as early as you please, I am very flexible with check outs also

I am a patient of M. D. Anderson cancer hospital and, as such, this rental is ideally situated for quick access to medical appointments. Owner is also extremely helpful in making sure your stay is a “Five Star”!

The property manager is an amazing person and his hospitality was amazing. The place is clean and open. It is a great place to stay if you have appointments at MD Anderson.
