Very bright condo. Lots of natural light in the living spaces. Great bedroom on the first floor for people who like it dark at night. Dining and shopping not too far away (5-15 minutes for almost anything you want). Quiet location. Felt it was a safe location. AC worked beautifully for Houston weather! Very communicative and responsive host.

Great spacious property! Two beds in downstairs bedroom with smaller bathroom, Garage attached for parking. Kitchen and spacious living room and dining room with great natural light on middle floor. Spacious master bedroom and bath on top floor. Quiet neighborhood.
Would stay here again. Location was close to the medical center, downtown and University of Houston which worked great for us!

The garage was nice to have on a rainy day. It's almost a necessity at this location because the car goes in the garage or in front of it. There were two locations next to the street where fire ants erupted and the host had someone take car of it the next day. First time I experienced a TV that supported Airplay. We slept on the ground floor because it was easier to let the dogs out from there rather than trekking up and down two flights of stairs. The stairways are easy to climb as my old dog was able to go up and down them with relative ease. There was adequate closet space, but I would have found the stay a little easier if there were some larger bedside tables and some kind of dresser/table in the bedrooms. I have a place to lay out items I take out of pockets in the evening and put them back in the morning.
We also use CPAPs. We supported one with a waste bucket turned upside down. The little round bedside tables hardly had enough flat surface for one.
First time I cooked with a silicon spatula for cooking. I would have liked to have a larger frypan, but otherwise you had everything to prepare meals to include salt and pepper.
There were two little corrals in the complex where you could take your dog that were stocked with waste bags. I would choose this place again if I ever return to Houston.
