We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at the beach house (mom, dad and two college age sons). You can’t beat being directly on the beach, but also the location with its walkability to John’s Pass is a huge bonus. The house itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Perfect for viewing those beautiful gulf coast sunsets!
I was initially concerned about any potential noise from the resort next door, but we couldn’t hear anything when we were inside. When enjoying the outdoors on the deck it was not an issue either. The foliage in between the house and resort offers good privacy.
It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Ron upon our arrival and shown around the house. We enjoyed meeting him and learning about some of the history of the beach house.
We look forward to returning next year! Thank you Ron for your hospitality!

Ron was great! He was so accommodating and easy to communicate with! The location of the house was perfect! Right on the beach and walking distance to John’s pass! Would definitely come back!

Great property and owner. Ron makes it so easy and enjoyable to stay here. You couldn't ask for a better location especially if you love the beach. The house has everything you need. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and best of all we could bring our 4 legged family with us! See you next year!
