Our renovated, 1st floor (ground level), end unit condo is located in the desirable gated community of Harbour Oaks. Don't walk up flights of stairs after a day at the beach or shopping! Our condo is a ground level, end unit with very close parking. To the right of our complex you can enjoy a short stroll to Mallery Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, or continue on to the village where you will discover delicious dining, unique shopping and sightseeing fun. You may also choose to spend time at the large, partially covered fishing pier, lighthouse or Fun Zone with public pool and putt putt course.
To the left of the complex you are less than half a mile to the best beaches on St. Simons at the Coast Guard Station.
The bright and inviting 3 bedroom FIRST floor END unit is easily accessible from your assigned covered parking space. The condo is tastefully decorated with NEW sun room, living room and master bedroom furnishings. The split floor plan offers privacy with the master bedroom off of the sun room with king bed and private, newly renovated double sink, full bath. You will not be disappointed when you get the green light from the owners to rent their 3 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit ground floor condo. It was a very clean and spacious condo. Condo had lots of space for 4 adults. I had ample room to work in the sunroom. Condo had so much natural light!It was a pleasant PLUS having a covered parking spot very close to the condo.Owners were excellent with their communication. Owners had spot on tips for locations to eat at great places, such as Fiddlers and Sal's Pizzeria. We didn't get to eat at their other recommended places, since our adult daughters wanted to try other restaurants, such as Tara Thai & Sushi as well as LaPlancha Restaurant. Both of these restaurants were good. The condo is in an ideal location. The condo is within walking distance of several locations such as Moo Cow, Sunset Slush, etc.I should have asked the owners about the distance to the fireworks. Fireworks at the pier were well within walking distance. 250th year anniversary fireworks were great at SSI. While sitting on the curb at Parker's Gas Station, across from the SSI Beach Store, watching the fireworks, we got to meet retirees on SSI, who had been there for almost 3 decades. Ask the owners about their preferred beaches. "Hidden gems" on SSI. It was so nice not having to compete for a parking spot. We parked in the shade. Beach was minimally populated everyday that we went. My family had a great time 7/3-9/26 thanks to the owners!

We have stayed many times and just love this condo. The host is so nice! Unit is spacey and has everything you need.

Ice maker and water dispenser do not work. Garbage disposal did not work. Kitchen sink backs up. Needed soap for shower.Glass was broken by the dishwasher accidentally.
